Christian Davies-Trigg

In mental health practice since 2005, is a dedicated psychotherapist, trainer and consultative supervisor. Having extensive experience in lead and development roles within the higher education and voluntary sector, Christian also provides consultancy in management and service delivery to organisations. A final component of his role involves working as a mental health trainer and lecturer in numerous counselling topics. Christian offers a natural approach for healthier living, greater relaxation, self awareness and inner peace. His passion for helping people overcome their challenges dates back to his youth. He also has a passion in teaching and developing people to reach their full potential. He takes great care in continually developing his skills, but also to challenge his own ability to reach out to people who are in need of support or development. His approach is based on the idea that every person has the potential to grow beyond their perceived psychological limitations or find peace with where they are at in life. He is dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing in the wider population and has been instrumental in the work with local authorities and regional government to further this cause.
Christian holds a Masters Degree in Counselling, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical/Consultative Supervision awarded by the University of Wales and University of South Wales. He is also trained in couples therapy and is an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
Hollie Thomas

Hollie is an experienced practitioner and trainer in counselling and wellbeing. She has a keen interest in wellbeing, and how people think and learn. Creating a space for people to feel heard, to identify their strengths and to find ways to reach their goals is a fundamental part of Hollie’s work.
She runs a private practice working with children, young people, and adults; one to one, with couples, and families, face to face and online. Hollie also works with voluntary and public sectors through commissioned pieces of work, delivering therapy, research, workshops, and as a tutor and clinical supervisor. Hollie’s previous experience includes working therapeutically in the voluntary sector, within a range of mental health and wellbeing services and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Hollie is a graduate from the University of South Wales with a Msc in Playwork and Therapeutic Play, Postgraduate Diploma in Systemic Practice in Psychotherapy and a Bsc (Hons) in Early Years Education and Development. Hollie also has an ILM Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management and is certified Applied Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner. Hollie is a registered counsellor with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). Hollie is also an applied Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner who is registered as a professional member of the EFT Mindfulness Centre.
